...But there will be no growth for everyone. One whose going on site will be lucky. But that luck cost a lot , you have to sign a returnsion pay when u resign that will be 50-75 % of the salary u earned abroad. Even if you don't go abroad still u have to pay retention amount. And the good part is there is one year time period. And the amazing part is the one year don't ends. Before the one year ending. They start a new agreement. In short it's a loop.

If you get project ur lucky. I have see people who is waiting in bench for more than 2 years. Some times they work in project as a shadow ,as a non billable resource. The problem is no growth to them. The management it self is having an ancient mindset. If you don't have any options u can join. But always try to find an exit.

Nothing. Such a poor work environment and no Job security.

Dislikes

Did not provide salary during the joined tenure. Asked me to resign after 2 months due to project unavailability. No Job Security. No commitment. I lost my valuable months there.

... be highly skilled. Good company for learning and many on-site opportunities. Only drawback is low salary. But it's alright compared to the trainings and new skills taught by them. Good projects. Seniors are very helpful with KT sessions. Daily trainings, Softskills are also given to employees. To learn and grow on QA Testhouse is the Highly recommended company. Also with the experience in testhouse many employees get good opportunities in high level MNC. Even recruiters know employees from testhouse is highly skilled in QA. That's the projects and work experience an employee get in testhouse. Overall good company.

Low salary. Appraisal also low amount. For freshers they give a very low amount like 10k-16k. To live in metro city and with the low salary it's difficult. They won't give wfh and with this low salary it's difficult to stay in trivandrum city and go to office. Heartless higher authority- if you are sick or tired or anything happens in life. No one cares.At end of day they want the testcases to be executed maximum and reports.No consideration is given to anyone. Work is work. But it's ok all will learn work life balance. Sometimes there is high pressure and stress given to junior employees by managers to complete the task.well, it depend on the Test lead handling the projects.Some managers are friendly, Some are not. Hope you will get amiable test lead. My advice to junior joiners. Testhouse is good...just learn with their training. Don't easily mingle with everyone. Be harmless as doves and wise as serpants. Don't compare Just complete the task given to you by managers with all focus. Just explore!learn! Do the work ! Get the skills! Stay calm!!

Testhouse provides some training.So it will help freshers to understand their roles

Dislikes

Salary package and work environment is really horrible. They are not doing appraisals properly and job security is 0%.They will call their employees on any day and ask them to take compulsory unpaid long leave without any reason and with out any prior notice

Below average salaries for freshers. Annual hike will be around 18-25% but since the base salary is very low, you will remain underpaid. Retention policy for hikes. Hike is given as retention pay, if you want retention pay, you must sign a 1 year bond, otherwise you have to give it (the whole retention pay you got during the tenure) back when you leave.
