Hr, Project manager, director they all have negative attitude. 6. they cut your salary for no reason. 7. no proper policies and policies keep changing without informing us. 8. very negative work culture 9. employees are slave for the management 10. No proper Hr policies 11. Hr/ Director very rude and egoistic. 12. Manager only talks and doesn’t help the team and will put everything in your head. 13. professionalism is in Minus (-) , They will take everything personally.

The timing should be from 10-7 instead of 10-7.30. The break time can be reduced to 30 min instead of current 1 hour We have 3 Saturday off. It should be all Saturday
