Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

The work environment is so toxic. Management is worse, they don't treat you well. they want to work more than 12 13 hours per day and expecting to work on weekends without any comp off or extra pay and the tech project manager is targeting each and every employee individually.

Cool projects: I have been able to work on some really cool projects at Tescra. These projects have allowed me to use my skills and learn new things. Onsite opportunities in the USA: Tescra offers onsite opportunities in the USA. This is a great opportunity for me to experience the US culture and work with a diverse team of people.

I have been working at Tescra for a year now and I am loving it. the people are great, the work is interesting and I feel like I am constantly learning and growing. I would definitely recommend Tescra to anyone looking for a job in the software industry, especially if you are interested in onsite opportunities in the USA. Tescra has a few offices in the USA and they are looking for qualified candidates to join their team
