Tesco is a complete package of work life balance, good career growth, perfect place for learning and benefits. I worked for Tesco for 6 yrs, was recruited through campus recruitment, so happy with the company and now I want to get back to start working at Tesco.

Initially the learning experience was good, but even that stopped soon. The work life balance is good though

Pay is unfair, Very Unfair. Office politics is everywhere . Nothing is taken seriously, neither work , not projects or errors or issues

Work life balance and culture is awesome. Especially female employees benefit it’s too good .

I really cannot say dislike but I feel in terms of compensation company should look after it . Else it’s awesome place to work.

Alot of politics in senior management and to get promotion hard work doesn't matter but u have to be seen on the floor , ppl should know you , u should be part of all events.

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.
