Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.
