...ning happened in TESCO HSC is valuable in terms of career growth and innovation. Loved and s1atisfied with the job and salary.

Dislikes

Found that there was no work-life balance and team mates also are not that cooperative and so many politics in the team.

Excellent campus, relaxed work environment, huge scope for development and growth, good salary, bonus fairly paid as per performance and very talented management. International Travels were great and employees were really taken good care. Right from the on-boarding process till the exit, everything is managed so well and with so much respect. Tesco really lives by the Value -"Treat people like you want to be treated"...

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything... I love this place and would love to join back Tesco at any given point of time. It is my dream to go back some day...

Work life balance , importance to women safety.

Dislikes

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.
