One awesome place to work and only people who work or worked there will know! Salute to all the values it thought me and grooming me to what I am today! Tesco will always be my momma ki ghar... Few places emotionally attach to u and one such place is Tesco and nobody or no big 4 can replace this...

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

None - It was my mistake to join Tesco, I had another offer but I joined this company because it has given me more package. I left the company in a year. I must have left it in the first month of my joining.

...hey don't know about its culture and don't have time to do research about it. 9. Giving more salary is also a trap, it will be the reason to fire you, after the project work will be finished. 10. If you want job security DO NOT JOIN TESCO, if you have another offer DO NOT JOIN TESCO.
