Internal politics, not following the culture that they talk about, cab timings, no goodies and less benefits compared to other product companies

Only the Tesco campus is good and now they managed to correct the salary but cannot expect a good hike from tesco.

1. They brag culture and doesn't follow the cultural values in reality 2. Internal job postings are a sham and positions are already fixed. So chance of getting a chance to be promoted in same or different function is less 3. Hike is not great. Can expect single digit hike 4. My team doesn't gives me any appreciation or recognition for whatever improvements you do 5. People services team is not a good function to work into 6. Few top work levels are having some head weight which stops them from showing friendly face to work levels below them. 7. Again..Career growth is limited. Options also limited.

Decision will be made before you know about it. - Low compensation - 5 -7 % annula hike - No benifits - Long and tedious process for promotion. - Promotion is also based on politics (you need to proof with evidence what you did. You need to collect testimony from your colleagues on collaboration, leadership etc with details like what and when). Promotion will not be made unless you are backed by people. - All good developer resigned and company hired dumb on your top. Now, he will give you instruction who don't know basic skills of design and code.

It's good company for freshers but worst for experienced professionals.salary gets credited on time

Pensions team is the worst. Too much of Faviorism. Need to pay 1k for cab too. No proper hike. No food coupons.

...s really good achievement by this company as they have lot of internal issue. If you can negotiate with manager than you will get good hike else your pay scale will be less. have independent facility like badminton court, gym etc. few team uses latest tech

Its quite difficult to put this as I am thinking where to start with. 1. Very poor management. Very big political adda 2. Poor hike in team 3. Not much people are technical 4. Hiring is also very bad. They try to attract people with money than they do not nurture it. 5. They loose good talent year on year 6. No one is from top management school in this company as manager will not hire them. 7. As its a UK Company so you should be good in communication else you will work like donkey and someone else will take the credit 8. They have Hire and fire policy. Major ramp down was in 2015 and 2017. Do not know when they will change policy and remove people. They were at 6k people and now only 3.5k approx on technical side 9. Its work work kind of culture. Not work life balance They have huge list of issue but not good to put all of them. better to chose stable and nice working environment. Please being neutral work environment. Everyone look toward the leadership team for growth. if you can not grow than does not mean you should stop other to grow.
