I feel joining TESCO was a blessing because TESCO is one of the most employee friendly company and it has made me feel very much comfortable working here.

..., sometimes work pressure is very high,were need to stretch working for 5+ days. Sometimes management team don't value about the suggestion, salary wise I would say not up to the mark when it compared to other industries, yearly hike will be decided by the management team which will be given according to their favourite ppl.

Pay is on an average, and we don't have any additional benefits like Bonnus and pay for extra work

Good benefits, infrastructure and comfortable workplace. Good for those seeking just comfort without any career goals or ambitions

Dislikes

Poor pay/growth opportunities. The leadership and the management team need to change,live and follow the values of Tesco. Only then will the employees find real content in working for this company and benefit out of this place.

No growth, no substantial work, no recognition for the innovative ideas or works, Compensation on the paper doesn't match with take-home, meniscal politics and passing credit of others work to someone else, absolute lack of transparency in work assessment.

Found that there was no work-life balance and team mates also are not that cooperative and so many politics in the team.
