The manager's superior does not verify her claims and trusts her blindly, resulting in poor decision-making. The manager lacks the authority to make sound decisions, leading to consistently poor outcomes.

Managers don’t have decision making power. They terminates on an immediate basis to any employee who is hardworking. Only gives promotion to chatu employees.Very very very poor decision maker specially finance manager. don’t have good knowledge still got promoted.

Iss company ki koi guarantee nii h kbhi bhi kisi ko bhi nikal diya jata h itna jada time Dene orr kaam krne k wajud.. overtime ka ek benefits nii dete.. jo company m 4-4 saal diye h apna unko tk nikal diya gya.. founder CEO sbko mail krne k baad bhi koi response ni tha.. management toh bht jada bekar h company ka koi job security nii h kisi ki bhi ..
