...ployee, no cab, no canteen atleast they don't even given gifts for Deepavali. No encouragement as a bonus or gifts to employees.

It’s average company . Working environment is awesome. If we see in a point of leaning it’s good to go . Overall it’s fine

We are not getting the night shift allowance and salary hike also less and other facility is poor . If you start your career as a fresher it’s good .

... team. Training will be provided to the freshers who are just out of college. They always pay you the monthly salary on time.

Appraisal completely depends on the amount of profit that the project you were in bringing to the company. No work life balance , it became even worse during the pandemic.(again its completely the project you are in). If client project is requires to upgrade to new technology, then you get a chance to learn the new tech. You might have to work for the unrealistic deadlines set by clients. From couple of years, they are delaying/postponing the appraisal to 1-2 months. Health insurance does not include you parents. Not sure what type of criteria they choose to include freshers in to various teams/projects. If you are lucky , you will be kept in a live project else randomly work on POCs.

If your a person who likes to work hard regardless whatever you get paid, then this is the place for you. You have to struggle to get deserving hikes. Work culture is not so good. No life standards. And don't expect cafeteria, gym, powe snaps, you won't see those things here, it's like just walk into some building, sit there, work all day then hit the traffic and reach home. Just keep working hard, if you have luck you will get what you think you might deserve.

... Poor infrastructure 5. No compensation for your dedication and extra efforts 6. They just appreciate your work, it's like a promotion without a salary hike.
