On time salary. WFH

Dislikes

Management, PL encashment policies. (They give only basics for PL but every company give gross for leave encashment) Managers plays same games to kick off the employees before the appraisal. Appraisal cycles moved from march to October to save 8 months of incremented money that they had to give. HR takes the feedbacks in exit interview but don’t think at all later on. (i have doubt whether they take it or not) Poor design of codes and they ask you to fix the meaningless bug in very less time. No good features, they have only BUGS. Good politics. Don’t stay here for more than 2 years.

No Job security. They will force you to work on different skills which is not even used anywhere. TL and Manager will pressurized you very much that you will leave the job or get mentally sick.

...ervice company. They are really transforming very fast on all cloud platforms... The work culture, work life balance, job security and compensation is best... You will get well recognised and will get much opportunities.. They have two vertical GDC and Teradata Labs. The GDC is support and service org which is more align to customer support and services and Teradata lab fall under R&D and actual product development and engineering organization.. please choose wisely based on your like... GDC have onsite opportunities and lower compensation compared to Teradata Labs. GDC is earth and Teradata labs is heaven... GDC have quite high internal politics and Teradata labs have crystal clear visibility and progress... Teradata is always go to company and have remote work options too... Wish you good luck. :)
