Teoco has a really good work culture and management is very flexible about working hours etc. Though it has a small setup in Bangalore you would really get loads of opportunity to learn and grow.

compensation and benefits are something that need an improvement.

Career growth is almost nil in this company. No scope for future promotion. Only reason for left the job was promotion and salary hike was pathetic.

Management was not clear about growth for employees

Teoco Software is one of the well cultured company who always takes care of the employees. Work life balance is maintained properly. Job security is also good and they gives opportunity to learn.

Everything is good there only they need to look into the compensation structure.

This is a product based company of Telecom domain. There is a work life balance over here and the team and management are quite supportive. However, don't expect much career and financial growth over here.

No salary hike, No promotion and no scope of learning new technologies

The only pro is that you can get a maximum leaves of 2.5 days per month and there's a team lunch every 3 months.

Dislikes

Low pay, dirty politics,they will tell u one thing during recruitment and then will appoint you for another post.
