As a fresher this company is good to work. You get to know the SDLC very well. People are mostly good. Friendly environment.

Dislikes

The problem begins when you gain a year of experience. There is no job security. If you cannot become a critical resource, you might be told to leave. This is the reason most of the seniors do not give proper KT. Because if someone else can somehow start your work, then your job is in danger. You'll survive only if you keep oiling the management. Forget about increment. There are no new things to learn. Work becomes monotonous because you'll be in the same project from the 1st to last day of your job in Teoco. UK and US employees are treated as God although they are just employees same as people in India....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
