My colleagues. They were really supportive and understanding.

...sation is a common practice, leaving employees feeling undervalued and degraded. The pay is disproportionately low considering the demands placed on the team. The owner's trust issues have created an atmosphere of tension and unease, resulting into privacy breach of individuals, adversely affecting the overall workplace environment. One particularly troubling aspect is the Management's insistence on employees writing positive reviews. The requirement to post favorable feedback, regardless of individual experiences, is not only untruthful but also ethically wrong. It undermines the authenticity of the review and misleads potential employees and clients. I would request, if anyone is considering to go ahead and trust Google Five Star Reviews of this agency, then please reconsider your decision if you don't want to compromise your peace. Reconsider your decision if you don't want to be monitored all the time. Thank me later!

Only few people I worked with.

...es were brought on for short-term projects without adequate training or support. These individuals were often let go within a few weeks, sometimes without receiving proper compensation. This lack of transparency and fairness towards inexperienced employees was not acceptable. I believe Tensai would benefit from implementing a more structured onboarding process and clear communication regarding project expectations and compensation for all staff, regardsless of their experience level.

CEO and her lack of leadership. CEO deducts certain % of salary on the excuse of non performance. CEO humiliates employees by screaming, shouting, yelling at them abd be inconsiderate of how the employees must feel.

Nothing BEWARE THEY EXPLOIT YOUR PRIVACY!!! I want to share a concerning experience I went through during my seven-month time at Tensai. Despite the huge workload, unpaid overtime, and other money-related issues, there was a more serious problem that made me quit right away: a major invasion of privacy. There was a person, Sandeep Chauhan, an office boy, who would act friendly with the employees but then do sneaky things. He reported our private talks among the employees back to the company's founder. One evening me and my 2 colleagues were working late, and he came in and left his phone charging near us. Of course, we were chatting and discussing personal stuff since it was after office hours, and he was secretly recording us. After finding out, i stayed quiet, hoping that telling the founder, Priyanka Jasani, would sort things out the right way. But to my dismay, the response was dismissive and alarming. She actually said she told Sandeep to tape us, making light of the situation with weak reasons, and shockingly saying it's just an audio recording so it's not that much of a problem. It would've been an issue if it was a video- that's like saying we should wait until something this bad happens and then the managers will just clean their hands and let the victim suffer! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm shocked and really upset by this way of thinking. What happened wasn't a small thing; it was the clear breaking of trust and personal space. Think of this as a serious tip to guard your privacy, your rights, and your safety.

The management is very toxic. They play victim and blame everything on you. If you try creating awarness by posting google reviews they will block it.

Okay. So there are a lot of things which went wrong while working with this Agency. They regarded some employees as their servants and others as mere gossip sources or to be precise, "Chamchas".. favoring them unfairly. The biggest red flags were the CEO and Her Brother. He used to take credit for the accomplishments of other employees and used to control employees by keeping watch over them. Hasna allowed nahi hai, baat karna allowed nahi hai.. sounding like a school exam.. isn't it? They hold grudges towards people who didn't even do anything wrong to them or their company. And worst comes to the worst, those who have played a major role in the company's progress and growth were the ones who suffered a lot. I won't hesitate to say, both, brother and sister are manipulative. I feel deeply sorry for myself and my former colleagues who were dedicated, hardworking, deserving, honest, and loyal, yet endured such treatment. I wish the best of luck to potential candidates.
