Good supportive staff there, junior engineers give their best and at senior level no healthy productive communication for growth of company from all side.

Dislikes

Overall graph of this company is not good..not healthy for staff, not healthy for project and not healthy for fresher, not healthy accomodation..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a Google Clint base. As a results I get to travel a bride especially to the US and Canada. But on site trah is completely dependent on your project and clients location.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee 're hire policy here.

Dislikes

Working hours 8.30am to 6.00 pm but if Clint calls for working so work late into the night

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
