Good supportive staff there, junior engineers give their best and at senior level no healthy productive communication for growth of company from all side.

Here work culture is not good as like as comparing others companies..For staff policies is not good. Mainly the management power is too poor for any site or any team..They always assuring to give the benefits but not resulting that..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
