Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I had worked 1.5 years in tenpath solutions it was completely work from home at starting it was ok after one year one buy one left the job and they dint recruit any employee and strated pressure with us and suddenly hr called me she said ur performance is low ur under pip and terminated and still now i dint get my experience letter hard copy from company if i call that HR even she will not pick the call if i msg she will c no reply is the way the HR responds even i had applied for my pf for the approval i begged them to approve so much lazzy to respond our calls worst experience with the HR and team in tenpath solutions
