There is no common approach while decision making. Each department running for their commitment to achieve dates and practical issues / required time some times not get considered while executing work through suppliers with stated quality, stated cost, stated time period.

Big politics, manager will listen to roumers, no professional manager for site Service Team. Slodging among mates & unethical behavior towards others. No control over the team

As a company Tenova is good to work with, but a group of poisonous guys are spoiling the reputation of company and its ethics. End of the day any company is a people driven company, so if the resources itself are worst, then it is apparently affecting the compan culture.

Dislikes

Group of unorganized and baseless so called highly insecured Process Engineers and poor HR system. There are no any leaders in the company, only BOSSES are present.

Work life balance, team support, transparent management, good appraisals, free food.

Politics, management is inefficient identify who is doing what, equal appraisals even for the bad performers,lobbying....
