If you are working and then go to Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd Pithampur for salary hike You Will be always regret your self because of 95%new joiners Either resigns after 6 month or due to TORTURE leaves job. 2.)It's man driven company no policies no culture no Work life balance. Whole plant driven By Mahesh Kumar and pushpendre Soni like a DETECTOR. 3.)The working hours in Tenneco Pithampur are 12 to 15 hours. There is no Sunday holiday, no Independence Day holiday, no Republic Day holiday, only WORK, WORK and WORK. 4.)Here neither your skill development nor your growth will happen. High Level Management has gone mad to achieve 160 parts TARGETS in this plant. 5.)Your respect in Tenneco Pitampur is less than that of a Contractual Welder, or HR will not listen to you, nor will the management listen to you, and you have no RESPECT here. 6.)Tenneco Pithampur needs a man like BELL, not an engineer. Which is working continuously with out Any Questions. 7.)This company is not for professional people Very long list of ISSUES. Hope it will help innocent CANDIDATES ...

You will get job easily here but only for one year. Salary on time.

The company hier GET on a one year contact basis after that they will remove you and hier fresh one their is no future for fresher because no one is going to tell you anything. Second thing is that their is no job security in this company.

We are very happy to know that Tenneco is a Global MNC company. In this, the condition of Pitampur plant is very bad. But the leaders here are very helpful and co-operative. Specially Swapnil,Prafull, Shubham,Segendra, Raman,Raju

...ses them. Plant HR:-Our HR heads are such that they never do this work on time. Do not share any policy properly with their employees and never give company benefits and bonus to employees after four-five months and never give timely confirmation letter to which employee? They have not given relieving letter and experience letter to any employee since last 2 years. All the employees are upset. Maintenance head:- Once the machine break down and could not be repaired on time. During that time my manager threatened to kill me and said that I will shoot you.

Nothing.... Manager Sanjay Khandekar is inhuman person.... Also Umesh Sir is fake person..every employee know that

...job security, work satisfaction is Tribble with Khandekar sir who is my Manager. There is no promotion , they stop my one month salary also... they forcefully told you to do overtime in sunday if you dont go then they threatening you for resignation .... you can't take any leaves if you are suffering any kind of medical issue..

Work hard but no incriment in salary or promotion or your life security. If you are working in tenneco you whole is weast . education is no matter in tenneco. if you are from Pune or marathi then company provide best job for you.
