We are very happy to know that Tenneco is a Global MNC company. In this, the condition of Pitampur plant is very bad. But the leaders here are very helpful and co-operative. Specially Swapnil,Prafull, Shubham,Segendra, Raman,Raju

...ses them. Plant HR:-Our HR heads are such that they never do this work on time. Do not share any policy properly with their employees and never give company benefits and bonus to employees after four-five months and never give timely confirmation letter to which employee? They have not given relieving letter and experience letter to any employee since last 2 years. All the employees are upset. Maintenance head:- Once the machine break down and could not be repaired on time. During that time my manager threatened to kill me and said that I will shoot you.

Nothing.... Manager Sanjay Khandekar is inhuman person.... Also Umesh Sir is fake person..every employee know that

...job security, work satisfaction is Tribble with Khandekar sir who is my Manager. There is no promotion , they stop my one month salary also... they forcefully told you to do overtime in sunday if you dont go then they threatening you for resignation .... you can't take any leaves if you are suffering any kind of medical issue..

Moderate food ,not bad ,somewhat good salary 13000 + 2000[attendance bonus],this is take home salary, if you are present over a month without leave. If you are in a company role , then lot of appraisals, benefits and good salaries [30,000] for G.E.T role, its great pays like an IT company. Good gain of knowledge in Maintenance department[but take for max. 1 year],move to other company.

No career growth Job security [Only one year training] Salary growth is also doubted, as obviously there is no career Company culture , management is not proper Suited the best , only for company roles or G.E.Ts ,otherwise then it is a hell out of your life, don't join Maintenance dept is an exemption , apart from this don't join the company if they put you in other roles.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues 😒. Salary decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees .and work experience certificate is not given by company

I like it only , because I loved my work responsibilities. Timely salary and my supportive teammates.

Dislikes

Bawal tenneco staff is not supportive. I gived 10 year my life to tenneco and after that my one mistake they terminate me without any discussion.
