This is most terrible company I've ever worked with. Leadership have 0 skills, 0 decision making sense. They do dirty politics within the organization. Put pm unnecessary pressure on teams. Worst working culture. Never work for them if you want some peace in your life.

1 Great Work culture and environment. 2 Salary was superb and always got credited on time. 3 Awesome Training staff you find in the initial days of your joining. very humble, very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable about product and always ready to support you whenever get stuck somewhere. 4 Highly energetic, organised and friendly management who always encourages you to put your best for getting early promotion to the next level. 5 You may always feel free doing your work the way you want, nobody is gonna pinpoint you unless you make behavioural blunder however productivity wise you are given feedbacks on time to time basis. 6 Product wise there are lots of learning opportunities and may get promoted soon may be in next 6 months minimum if your data remains excellent over the next couple of months.

Dislikes

Canteen management could be done much better. They call it 5 days working but sometimes you might be called to work on 6th day as well, you get two consecutive week offs in a week but they are rotated.

...to know please don't join telus, it's the worst company running scams and fraud. HR will never support you, you won't get salary on time.toxic work culture. They say it's 5 days working but the management will force you to login 6 days. I guarantee you joining this company will be your biggest mistake you'll ever make. Tanya bansal was my team lead i could say she is good for nothing god knows why these people even exist in this industry.

The two very best of among all the good traits are, it dispatches your salary right on the frist day of every month and 2nd, employees are allowed to work in their comfort zone.

Dislikes

It doesn’t allow you to work remotely from your hometown, however it still follows the WFH decorum, which asks you to stay in DELHI NCR premises. During such a pandemic situation when there are people in your company who’s parents are staying alone at their home, won’t have an option to serve their parents, which is not good and company should allow it’s employees to let them carry their systems to hometown and let them work more efficiently, as there is no other satisfaction, than serving your parents at this critical situations, and let them sit at home as they are old.
