Will depend on your boss, No job security at all, they will hire you on a good package first and after smothing of project, they will create some issue and will fire you with hardly one month notice. HR is the worst condition.....actually they are only for name and totally popet of management. No support and guidance , blindly you will be put in any project irrespective of your skillset and interest. Dirty internal politics...boss is god there, silver of girls.

Salary is always on time and colleagues are ok

Dislikes

Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses. You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason. No work life balance total worst. Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.

There is no growth in terms of new skill, learning and you will be work same tech stack over the years and they have own oriented tools so you will be work same tool.

Used to like the culture and the ambience.Good pay as a fresher.

Dislikes

Got a TL who does not give a da*n for his team members.Getting treated like sl*ves and not being valued for our work. Your communication skills does not help you at all.But if you r lucky enough to come by some good customers who will give you good surveys you are saved. Initial days are good and soon enough you will be treated like Tr*sh. No job security at all.You will never know when you will be terminated. For the reason that they can't find a good reason to kick you out, they will make things up to show the client the reason for which they r kicking you out. Met some good people and some worst ones with a inappropriate attitudes.

Dislikes

Managers will keep changing your project , irrespective of your domain. I am hired as automation test engineer. Initially they introduced me into manual by saying first you will have to learn the about the manual working of the project. It took me 3 months to move into automation again after running behind them . After 6 months of automation they again moved me into manual by saying we will eventually move you into automation but first you will have to learn about the manual functioning
