In terms of learning its a good company.

Dislikes

No Salary hikes No Job security No work life balance Bad company culture, Jeevan Pandey behaviour is not good towards employees. He used to scold and make fun of others. My suggestion : Take offer letter from Teliolabs and negotiate with other better companies.

Work from home option and time flexibility.

Dislikes

Job insecurity. Due to their financial crisis they can't throw out the senior managers out and working with all the freshers. Poor budget plans by the management. No career development here, as they won't allow you to work on your own, instead they direct you to do so.
