i dislike the fact that not everyone shows equal effort in their job.example few leads are not fit for the job yet they are paid a handsome salary more than a person who works hard throughout the shift for the sake of the company..effor should be honoured not just the work experience

Provide work from home and good compensation and salary

Dislikes

They do not allow employees to use their earned leave balances. Initiate PIP right after one month of training period. Management is not co-operative at all.

Teletech, the work environment is amazing, u can approach to any to any senior about the issue, regarding food they have to improve and cab facility.

I wouldn't found any dislikes or opportunity while working there, but yes regarding the salary date they have work on it, the food was not great, cab facility must be 24/7 because again Employee care must be the first priority.

Job security and the feeling that all of us are in the same boat, but unfortunately, that boat doesn't seem to be going anywhere. We are only working to see the company growing, we sacrifice a lot for the company but the company is very very tardy in terms of announcing basic benefits like increments and not even clearing its stand on such policy changes.

The delay in increments became a norm but this time, looks like they are even thinking if they should continue with the increment system. The salaries are definitely no longer per the industry standards. The company refuses to make a payment towards the internet and electricity costs. The top management individuals get internet dongles from the company (I guess) but the middle management, doesn't get it with an argument that they are getting good salaries. Also, the electricity cost is not paid and that is a very high proportion during summers due to the Indian hot summers wherein the employees have to use separate AC if they decide to work in a separate room to e able to focus. The inflation has increased so much and the delay from the company's side to correct the salaries is unacceptable even if they later decide to increase the salaries. They left the employees under stress for now.
