Bad company policy and bad behaviour by project management. If you're a experience so that work life balance will poor becoz not time duration fix on duty. 24 hour you are on duty and support by any teammates, only harrassment and too poor food and accommodation provide this company.

Nothing poor management they don't know anything about planning and organizing. If you ask something about work or working environment they will just ignore you.

Worst salary worst working environment zero knowledge of management. I was a site engineer and in night around 8 clock they called me and said pack our bag you have to leave for site with labours. So I left guest house without eating dinner. At 9:30 we have dinner in a dhaba and there I found that labours were carry rum (daru) with them which is completely ban in gujrat state. And the route for the site was worst. It was totally kacha rasta and I reached in site at 2:00 AM night and I call the manager where I have to stay he said ki tum hotel dhund lo which is completely remote area. About walking 12 km in night I reached in a dhaba so I slept there. There was no arrangement by the company for there employee. They really don't know how to manage things managing skills is totally zero I don't know how they completed their MBA and who selected such illiterate. This company is total garbage. Even a labour is getting more payment than a graduate.

if someone is selected in this company and working as a fresher they can gain a knowledge about hardware and fitting and few documentation work like preparing JMC report, consumption report, preparing vehicle log book and preparing T & P (Tools & Parts) report list etc.

Dislikes

you can't grow in that company you can't learn skills in that company every day you have to walk towards the 15 towers, to check what's missing in the tower and the hardware fitting there's no cooking facilities given in that company you have to cook food by yourself and also for the driver who live there with you.

Job security to good. Work culture to more pressure than another company . And company management is good.

Work pressure is too more this company because not supported any the another staff if U are a supervisor. Salery not increased to timely.

There is no anything which you can like that company when you don't have job then go to join but there is no Job security in that company hr means nothing everything is in hand of Mr. Parwez general manager if you are sleeping in night there is no job security that you should work tomorrow here you live as a labour life.

Please do not go in that company try for another company if you resign from that company they will never clear your balance which you have left in that company they not cut your pf everytime hr saying from next month we will cut pf . (In simple words inko labour chahiye engineer nhi na isme sone ka time na uthne ka )
