Nothing poor management they don't know anything about planning and organizing. If you ask something about work or working environment they will just ignore you.

Worst salary worst working environment zero knowledge of management. I was a site engineer and in night around 8 clock they called me and said pack our bag you have to leave for site with labours. So I left guest house without eating dinner. At 9:30 we have dinner in a dhaba and there I found that labours were carry rum (daru) with them which is completely ban in gujrat state. And the route for the site was worst. It was totally kacha rasta and I reached in site at 2:00 AM night and I call the manager where I have to stay he said ki tum hotel dhund lo which is completely remote area. About walking 12 km in night I reached in a dhaba so I slept there. There was no arrangement by the company for there employee. They really don't know how to manage things managing skills is totally zero I don't know how they completed their MBA and who selected such illiterate. This company is total garbage.
