Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Dislikes

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization.
