... they follow basic guidelines example- Leave policy, Maternity Leave policy etc.Salary on Time every month. Never missed the salary.

Dislikes

There is no Job security and no career growth option. If you have been hired for one project and that project completes within few months or in a year, then Teksystem will not look for any other opportunity for you. They will ask you to leave and search outside. The vendor managers who are sitting in cisco premises from teksystem are not trained to manage and do not have work ethics. They do not respond to your queries and they do not get proper information from Cisco regarding project details.

I was working for an mnc client of TEK system for more than 3 years. Since I was in contract from TEK system, there were not much deductions in salary.

Dislikes

Appraisal will be around 3-5% max, depends on client's rating to your work. If you good hike, then you need to maintain a godfather in client company. Post resignation TEK staff were not responsive to our mails and issues.

Salary you will get on time that too you are in Project.

Dislikes

Fear of losing job at any moment . No appraisal, no bench concept. To make you join they used to tell lot of sweetners. Once Client billability ends then the same Day is your exit formalities done Wrost ever Company wrt learning & development culture

The best company to work with. Great work life balance. Great salary with hikes compared to mnc. Good opportunity for learning and development. Always motivate everyone and helps to reach their gole.
