Nothing, they didn't even pay salary after client terminated the contract.

False assurance, as soon as client terminated the contract , I lost my job. Teksystems were not even able to provide half my salary. They talk more but no output.

...orcefully and when we need leave for our personal emergency our pay is deducted. -> There is no hike policy or leave policy. -> This is the perfect place to ruin your career and mental health.

Initial salary while recruitment is higher with respect to other companies

...ts and all big company tieups while joining but company has none to be honest. No salary hikes or appraisals. Terrible management, no one to approach. Never join this company, it will destroy your total work experience and will cause a negative impact on career.

Compensation is good. No extra management work. Just do your work given by client and thats it. Its a talent provider company so don't expect career guidance kind of things. They have very good clients with them

Dislikes

Mostly HR firm which makes it difficult techies to discuss their concerns. Also, job security is something not very good. If you get on bench, they may only give 1 month time.
