My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Apart from no appraisal, reduced Notice Period and reduction in number of leaves per year, No Health insurance this year everything else is fine during COVID-19 situation.
