Overall experience past 5 years in TEKMAN INDIA. I had an incredibly rewarding experience and benefited from a positive and inclusive work culture that values collaboration and communication. The opportunities for professional growth, through training, Mentorship, and Challenging Projects have been invaluable. I truly appreciate the work-life balance the company promotes, as well as the approachable leadership team that provides regular feedback and fosters a supportive environment. The recognition of my contribution along with a few awards and rewards has kept me motivated. While the overall experience is excellent, I believe there is room for improvement in streamlining processes and enhancing interdepartmental communication to boost efficiency. I am excited to continue contributing to TEKMAN INDIA'S success years ahead.

Best company and technology improvement of a company and employees. people are so lovely and friendly here. from the moment you have an interview everyone is so kind and welcoming. Company directors and management is very cooperative.

Top level Management are very compassionate towards their employees, they are approcable. All the team's are closely knit and have great team work. Working environment is condusive to personal growth. Hardwork is recognised and rewarded. Company culture encourages good work life balance. I am glad to be a part of Tekman team.
