The boss is extremely difficult to work with, and everyone agrees with him, saying yes because he has the power to terminate their employment. He has surrounded himself with employees who excessively flatter and try to please him, creating a culture of sycophancy.

Tekki Fekki Tech: where the only thing they're more skilled at than tech problems is playing office politics! Their social media is a total facade - all smiles and rainbows, but trust me, it's a fake fest. Newbies, be warned: they'll strong-arm you into writing glowing reviews, because who needs genuine feedback, right? And don't even get me started on the 'inspirational' sign boards plastered everywhere, even in the bathrooms (because, you know, you might forget to not do 'this' or ' that' while washing your hands.) It's like being back in school, minus the homework (unless you count the constant surveillance). Yep, they've got a dedicated 'relationship police' to ensure you don't get too cozy with your coworkers. And to make matters worse, they're also staffing the place with actual students, because who need experience or qualifications when you can just wing it, right? So, if you're looking for a work place that feels like a middle school dance, minus the dancing, join Tekki Fekki Tech! (Just don't forget to bring your hall pass)

Yes you will see positive reviews about this company everywhere they all are fake but trust me it was very wrong decision to join this company The boss of the company is so arrogant and you will work with the fear of termination they did not even give you formal warning or notice period before termination. This is a 5 day working company but you will do work equivalent to 7 day working as you can't sit idle for 5 mins if you dont have any work to do this is also your fault because the company will say you have to do work by your mind you have to think what you have to do next. Too much politics in this company Those who can say yes in yes of boss can only stay. The parties they organise are just for social marketing there are lot of stress of functions also if you are late by 5 mins in meeting or party also boss will say to you to do jumba as a punishment.

No work culture, high level of internal politics, work balance is zero, CEO and management bully employees to work on weekends.

There should be more opportunities to learn new skills and introduce knowledgeable webinars/ Certifications to improve skills. And Company should introduce some health benefits for employees.
