It is totally fake spam company I am saying this honestly let me tell why - poor infrastructure (it is made on roof of a house no space to walk you have to stick to your chair and it will cause you back related problem in my initial days i was feeling like i am in a small box with no fresh air and all (bcz this is too much conjusted) - You have to give worth of your salary to boss you have to work equivalent to double than your salary this is 5 day working but you have to work equivalent to 7 days because you can't sit idle for 5 mins - if you dont have any project or work to do that is also your problem you have to think what you have to do you can't sit idle even if you finished your work - you can get punishment for making noise using phone, for taking long washroom break and for coming late (it can be scolding by boss or embarassing jumba or termination also) - Too much micromanagement as they have a time tracker for every employee you have to use a break option for taking calls, for going to washroom and you have to submit a report at the end of the day about what you have done whole day and you have to justify your whole 8 hours - No professionalism Boss will use rude words He is very egoistic person He treat his employees like he purchased them - You can become manager here in 1 year with no knowledge and skills (yes you have to spoon boss for that and say yes in his yes) - In your first week of joining you have a task to post reviews on all social sites of company (no new joinee can post honestly as he is new in organisation so this way you will see good rating everywhere) - No job security- You can get terminated without warning or notice period it can disturb your mental health and spoil you career also. - Fake parties organised just for social media advertising boss will provide you tasks in parties also these are like corporate events all the posts shown on social media are just created for attracting youth. - Too much politics and unnecessary stress - Please dont left your last job for joining this company you will regret and freshers don't join as it can disturb your mental health - Company culture is same like a boarding school - No overtime pay for all roles (your colleagues can force you to stay late) - can hold your salary for no reason - service bond they will keep your first salary as security They did not give experience letter less than 1 year (no matter they are terminating you or you are resigning) - You will work with the fear of termination - You can be scolded for wrong parking of your vehicle - You can't prove yourself right in front of boss because he will terminate you - No knowledge in hr dept (fresher staff with lots of ego designated as managers) If you want to live your school life again and work like donkey you can join this fake company

The boss is extremely difficult to work with, and everyone agrees with him, saying yes because he has the power to terminate their employment. He has surrounded himself with employees who excessively flatter and try to please him, creating a culture of sycophancy.

Tekki Fekki Tech: where the only thing they're more skilled at than tech problems is playing office politics! Their social media is a total facade - all smiles and rainbows, but trust me, it's a fake fest. Newbies, be warned: they'll strong-arm you into writing glowing reviews, because who needs genuine feedback, right? And don't even get me started on the 'inspirational' sign boards plastered everywhere, even in the bathrooms (because, you know, you might forget to not do 'this' or ' that' while washing your hands.) It's like being back in school, minus the homework (unless you count the constant surveillance). Yep, they've got a dedicated 'relationship police' to ensure you don't get too cozy with your coworkers. And to make matters worse, they're also staffing the place with actual students, because who need experience or qualifications when you can just wing it, right? So, if you're looking for a work place that feels like a middle school dance, minus the dancing, join Tekki Fekki Tech! (Just don't forget to bring your hall pass)
