I had been working here for last 6 months and I have learned alot in this time period, and all my expectations comes true...so i feel Tekege Solutions is a great place to work and learn new things.

Well i feel there are no dislikes in Tekege solution the employees are supportive and environment is full of enhancement to gain knowledge.

I am enjoying working here. Lots of learning. Sugarcrm project is great . We get flexible timing and learning Atmosphere. Even if there is any late staying due to deviation of the timings we get cab facility and dinner.

Dislikes

If you are a just looking to with for 9-5 job. Definitely you are not a Right fit . If you want to learn and grow you will enjoy working here

Carrier growth is slow and working pressure is high , I have to work 12 -13 hours straight in a day.Manager do not value an individual unique strengths.They don't care about your appraisal and hard work . They pressurise to work in less money for a long time and can fired anytime.
