The work pressure is unpredictable. Sometimes we have to work very hard and for very long. Requirements are not fixed and can change at the last moment almost everytime. They have a work on Saturday policy which is very dissatisfying.

Trammates are very helpful and friendly. If you are good at your work then you will not feel any work pressure. Growth is good incomparison with other companies. You will get opportunities within different teams to enhance your skills. Free lunch and shuttle facilities(6months)

Clulture they provide if same as a part of family. Worked a half of decade, Leared a lot. Have seen good & bad phases made my base strong from here Truly Amazing Most Recommend to freshers
