There always something new they do they have good projects and scheme but only the timing work hour is more and I feel company should give more to employees as they run company incentives scheme not good rest all good.

Sorry to inform you that they are not supporting anybody in COVID19 lockdown situation they have asked to resign on the time when they should should have waiting for Conid 19 situation to get cleared. Number where never the problem it was done just to for sake for setting example for other so that some management guy can support his freind to save his job who is not even able to understand problem for his own team member.

Not a Happy to work management has appointmented a peraon wo like to make there employees fill like beggar infornt of him employees who are working will never talk again him but negatively starts from the top of the line just to save friend.

Tejpal motors is worst in the bad times when u need the most, terminated there employees without any prior notice without giving any reason,

Frankly speaking there was nothing to like about as it is a dealership whose owners are sitting at Bombay and Management employed here are not so educated and proffessional.

Real owners are not sitting at vapi location so managers employed here are unprofessional local people so you can imagine the co. Culture.
