...die No hr intervention it like a jail company Company will give you no training and you will work for a meger salary of 14375 rs per month Sanjay mote will say this salary is the maximum wage as per government and will miss guide you

One of the very good organisation for freshers/beginner specially for hardware design role

Compensation and flexibility to do WFH isn't that good as compared to Big MNCs. As a hardware design role u don't have option to choose WFH.

A lot of disparity, bad management, low salary, low increment, work life balance and other benifits will depend on your manager. If that are good you have awesome life else hell
