Even though they have flexible working hours, it needs to be matched with the US timings so you alway log off by 10-11pm or later. promotes people who are good at showing off inconsiderate HRs and their policies

Frequent change of Org structure, I believe team is working on getting the fine structure and eventually will go to that space.

I really like the flexibility and the opportunity to work on different sets of clients.

Lack of proper plan on growing an account. Mostly it’s a one man show and during escalator manager steps in. In terms of career growth and skill development, there are promises but it’s not followed properly

Provide good hike but it comes with a cost.. they will kill your peace of mind and frustrate you

Horrible culture.. toxic work environment.. they dont trust employees because its WFH. Extreme internal politics by seniors and Managers Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here They give you task at start of shift and make you wait till 11-11.30 in the night until your seniors are free.. no matter you finish your work u will have to wait for them ti be free... Its only boasting about work life balance

I really disliked the recent HR dept of India. None of our queries used to be resolved or even addressed for that matter. Even after I left the company I need to follow up repeatedly to get my experience letters. Such pathetic people in HR dept.
