When I was working in Teekay Tubes 2014-2015 I have faced many challenges as it was my first job and I got a good support from all the people including Management to execute my work.

Dislikes

The most annoying thing about Teekay Tube is that they doesn't give you more opportunity as they think you have came here for training and you will leave the company and go within a year or 2

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
