...ployees already and who are un-skilled and accept the torcher continuing here. My strong recommendation was learning = 0, hike =0, job security =0, management attitude= worst, salary = Not in time and not get full, HR Policy =0, overall is worrest. This is the genuine review.

All policies including salary, hike, job security, learning skills like as all are worst. My genuine rating is 1. Before join, you should enquiry about the company and if you don't have any option you can join but should think as you can service only for couple of months and should plan properly.

An Employee friendly and Customer centric Organization. Conducive and encouraging working environment. Top Management keeps interacting with employees and shares periodic performance figures, strategies and perspectives. Employees contributions are always recognized and rewarded, and opportunity provided for technology upgrade.

Repository of functionalities developed requires to be maintained.

They provide opportunities to work in various projects and also sometimes awards our hardwork.

No Job security, can be fired with any notice, literally they provide 1 week 2 week notice without paying any compensation as well and no proper guidance for freshers or new joined employees.

You might have to push yourself for learning. And I believe that’s where your growth lies.
