There is nothing to like in this startup it's a family owned started and only family members can earn money here. I also heard anything incident where the founder who is also an ex irs officer tried to extort money from its employees by not releasing his documents and said that he will ruin his life. So be carefull.

Dislikes

It is observed that if a chair is broken in the office, the amount is deducted from the salary of the employee. The employee doesn't share the profit but has to bare the losses. And because the owner is related to govt no one can do anything

I am working with this company from almost 2 years, in which i have worked in different department, the best thing which i love about the company is that it gives multiple opportunities if you have the skills.

There is nothing to be liked about the company accept the founder who is a very good person... I wasted my one year in picking up their flaws in business management cycle.

1.Weak founders.. specially the CTO 2. It is not a pvt ltd company.. It is a family business 3. Zero business understanding. 4. They talk about the process but they themselves dont know the meaning of PROCESS. 5. Big time liars... They dont value their own commitments. Funny Thing-- Founder used to binge watch ANKUR WARIKKOO and VIVEK BINDRA for motivation.😂😂😂😂

I really like the work culture and training which they gave me and a very polite behavior of my senior and team member

I didn't like they expelled me without giving and prior notice because I work very hard there and they didn't even want me to serve my notice period and I really dislike the behavior
