My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Company should be renamed as Teluguwave instead of Techwave.Completely Telugu biased company.Everyday in 40 mins internal call they will discuss all business related and personal things by egoistic lead and Scrummaster in Telugu knowing that one member does not understand it,they will humiliate you since you do not know Telugu.I will caution North Indian to join this company.
