Dislikes

They are like a contractual company. They hire people to work as contractor in other software companies like Deloitte. Hence there is little to no job security. The notice period is also only 1 month which shows they are able to discard you quickly. Once you start working, you are on your own with the company you will be working with for all things like timesheet, holidays, leaves etc. In conclusion this company is just a middle man providing contractual employees to others.

people are good. this is the only thing good here.

Dislikes

Everything about this place is bad. They will sugarcoat everything during the interview, whereas everything from the pay range to work is terrible in reality. Please do not rush and join this place, there are plenty more opportunities, especially in a place like Bangalore. Hope this helps!

...e and recognize our talents. I like this the most. Everything is transparent. They don’t have variable pay. Everything is fixed pay and we get on time without fail. Payslips, leaves, Tax declarations and others are well maintained in a portal. No micromanagement, no restrictions to show your skillset. Open for new ideas. Coming to job security, they will definitely show you the job soon in our role only and pay us on bench. They pay a lot when compared with MNCs. Appraisal twice a year. Also they provide insurance. I’m sure every employee will have satisfaction to their work.

The organizational set up is good. On time salary credits and a proper portal for IT declaration and leve manegement. No hindrances from the company side once the resource is aligned to project. The best part is notice period of 30 days.

Dislikes

This is more of a human resource management company, providing resources to clients on contract basis. Hence there are no benefits/allowances other than salary.

Very supportive leadership and on time salary. I joined during covid19 time 2020. Start from HR ,Finance, Admin and IT every team were very prompt in service and support. A preferred Technology partner for multiple accounts and they took extra steps to ensure Team getting into projects.. no micromanagement and once you prove your value with client place...this is wonderful

May be good if we can start some product development or quick solution accelerator to extend the foot print and talents..sometimes at client side we were just be looked as contract and not having control on plan, resource, schedule ..anytime our contract can be closed
