Compensation is good. No extra management work. Just do your work given by client and thats it. Its a talent provider company so don't expect career guidance kind of things. They have very good clients with them

Mostly HR firm which makes it difficult techies to discuss their concerns. Also, job security is something not very good. If you get on bench, they may only give 1 month time.

Fear of losing job at any moment . No appraisal, no bench concept. To make you join they used to tell lot of sweetners. Once Client billability ends then the same Day is your exit formalities done Wrost ever Company wrt learning & development culture

The best company to work with. Great work life balance. Great salary with hikes compared to mnc. Good opportunity for learning and development. Always motivate everyone and helps to reach their gole.

...orcefully and when we need leave for our personal emergency our pay is deducted. -> There is no hike policy or leave policy. -> This is the perfect place to ruin your career and mental health.

...nd messages were never answered or sometimes my WA messages haven’t been seen. There will be no hike and incentive and shift allowance will be on hold for no reason and no one will be answering your calls, emails, or messages so u have to include your client manager every single month.
