2 years back, techsophy was a wonderful place to work and explore, but it became highly inflexible and restrictive after management changes.

Dislikes

Gives no value for the employee decisions every thing every technology decision is decided by managers even if they don't know anything about technology Always asking to work from office and no work life balance No flexibility Working on No code tools which are very useless and always causing issues .Micromanagement became very high because of non technical managers. No value to employees working on internal projects always high value given to only employees for vendor and billing projects. Your opinions are not valued only very few people take all decisions and we don't have any say in that.

You will get to explore new things,only if you are lucky enough to get the good tech lead

Dislikes

Management fell short of excellence, creating an environment where it seemed like nobody paid attention. The higher-ups exhibited a discourteous attitude, consistently failing to adhere to their own commitments. This was particularly evident in the behavior of the VP. Additionally, the company showed reluctance in offering competitive salaries, often displaying a demanding stance during negotiations and expecting more work for less pay. Respect for employees was noticeably lacking in this work environment.

it used to be good but now nothing please stay 1000 feet away if you really value your career

. low worklife balance. . lease respect or value for the work you do. . always expects more and pays less. . No hikes it's not even a start-up to say . . please don't be in a myth that you can at least learn here, nothing you will learn infact you will forget what you know being in all unwanted work . please take this offer as least offer if have any other at least wait for a month for any other offer before joining, join here if you are really at a needy position and you don't have any other offer.

Don't join techsophy for apple client, no guarantee that apple will renew your contract within 1 day they will fire off and contractors in apple are treated like laborers no respect
