The CEO lacks the necessary qualifications and marketing knowledge to effectively run a business, which is evident in the company's practices and client dealings. I wouldn't recommend this organization to anyone looking for a positive and professional work environment. Also being an Ex-employee, I was given false verification from the organisation to my current company. The HR was being hired 15 days ago who took the step to give fake reviews about me on account of Mr. Saksham.

...uently micro-managing employees, and often resorts to humiliating them publicly. Instead of taking responsibility for the company's failures, he unfairly blames the team, going so far as to threaten salary deductions for client losses. Salary deductions were the most likely thing for Mr. Saksham to do. It's disheartening to see how little respect is given to the employees. The company hires desparate candidates, often recent graduates or those who have just completed their schooling, and treats them as disposable. The HR department, which is supposed to support employees, is unprofessional and contributes to the hostile work culture.

I genuinely like the culture people and all the thing with related work. Also you will get insensitive in seals and marketing department Monthly 2 leaves without any rejection.

There are such thing need to fix like management, yearly appraisal, and employee personal property allowance.

the environment was highly toxic. my manager was unsupportive created atomsphere of constant stress. There was no proper communication. I coudnt survive more than a week, they even didnt told me to bring my own laptop.

I like working here because the environment is so good. It's been a year working here I never had any kind of bad experience over here. Our Manager, HR and all the management is very good and helping.

Nothing to like in this company, except first few weeks! The top level management used disrespectful and unethical language for the employees.

while servicing the company, I encountered significant challenges due to toxic environment perpetuated by disrespectful communications from top level management. This environment hindered collaboration and creativity, leading to decline in team morale & overall quality of work. Mostly the gossiping and bitching was done by the respected founder himself and he is always into things like creating disputes and unnecessary competitions between the team members.
