Uneducated director with no experience makes you feel so good about yourself, what education and right vision can help you. If you're educated and want to feel good about yourself because all the senior leaders in the company are not even close to intern level positions.

Dislikes

This is like a LALA ki dukaan where in people who are low on self esteem will excel. Also all 5 star reviews are either paid or written by present employees in order to save their jobs. In 3 years of incorporation, company has worked with more than 250+ employees and right now only 40 are working. 8-12 are interns. You can imagine the drop rate.

the environment was highly toxic. my manager was unsupportive created atomsphere of constant stress. There was no proper communication. I coudnt survive more than a week, they even didnt told me to bring my own laptop.
