No job security. Mostly Saturdays and Sundays are working. Nobody stays longer than a year here. Contact ex-employees to know better. Upper management plays dirty games by blaming others for everything but in the end.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
