HR policies keep on changing. (It's not the HR fault , but the management). No hike , don't know till when company will sustain. Very less salary as compared to present standard. Don't apply if you want a stable life. Each and every day you will have some new policy which is against the employee and management will be behave like anything .

It is best for trainee or new job seeker. You will get best experience and knowledge of DevOps tools. but don't expect Work Life balance. You have to be available all time to response any urgent alerts from Clients and client will not appreciate your good work and even team is also not initiate to appreciate your work.

Nothing bad company don’t ever join this organisation. They don’t value the work.

Worst company to work for. They don’t value the employee and their hard work. Founder and management are so selfish they don’t want the growth of employee founder just want to fulfil his wishes with big pockets. Employee gives his 100% but inreturn management doesn’t reward with exact appraisal. They just use the money for themselves and fulfil their wishes. Don’t ever consider this organisation to work.

Giving the freedom to the employee to try out the new things. Allowing them to handle the entire project so that they can take the ownership. Trying to make the leaders from each and everyone one of their employee.
